Public Draws

Public Draw Process

The Provincial Government uses a public draw process to solicit applications for cottage grants within designated Cottage Development Areas. This process ensures that submitted applications are randomly selected for each available lot. This method ensures fairness in lot allocation, particularly in high demand areas or when more than one application is submitted simultaneously for a particular lot.
