The Department of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities completed the final phase of training sessions for the PSAB Implementation Action Plan for local governments in November 2009. Topics covered included financial statement presentation and disclosure requirements, as well the conversion of the 2009 budget into a PSAB budget for financial reporting. Both the Phase Three Reference Manual and the Phase Three training session presentation material has been posted on the website.
