Amendment No. 3, 2024 to the Gander Bay Loop / Bonavista North Highway Zoning Plan (Town of Dover)
The Department of Municipal and Provincial Affairs is considering amending the Gander Bay Loop / Bonavista North (Route 320) Highway Zoning Plan to rezone a portion of land located along Route 320, in the north-western limits of the Town of Dover, from “Highway Service Centre” to “Mixed (M6)” to enable fiberglass manufacturing – light industrial development.

Anyone wishing to submit comments regarding this proposed amendment should do so by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
