Protected Road Zoning Plans

Roads in the table below listed as having no plan will be subject to zoning under a municipality’s development regulations if the road runs through a municipal planning area. If the road is listed as having no plan and does not run through a municipal planning area, refer to section 6 of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations.

Also note that building control lines run along all protected roads regardless of whether or not the roads run through a municipal planning area. Refer to section 5 of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations for more information about building control lines.

Amendment numbers that appear to be missing are likely amendments that were refused, cancelled, or withdrawn.
