Audit and Compliance Division
The Division is responsible for the compliance monitoring and auditing of public body procurement activities. The Division’s primary role is to audit public bodies’ procurement practices and assess compliance with the Public Procurement Act, The Public Procurement Regulations, and the Public Procurement Policy, as well as other related legislation and policies. The Division plans, executes and reports on procurement compliance audits and makes recommendations to public bodies where appropriate. The Division also leads special investigations/reviews as required on Procurement-related matters.

Policy, Planning and Administration
The Division is responsible for training and implementing the Agency’s policy requirements and departments planning activities as outlined under the Transparency and Accountability Act. The Division is responsible for planning, development, implementation and management of all information management functions within the Agency. This includes ensuring compliance with the Management of Information Act and Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015. In addition the division is responsible for various programs including the purchasing card and travel card program, disposal of assets on behalf of all government departments and maintenance of the Agency’s information systems in consultation with the Office of the Chief Information Office.
