The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador implemented MERX E-Procurement, November 3, 2020. Effective May 3, 2021, bids will only be accepted through the online e-bidding system, MERX. This service is FREE to use and allows users to:

  • View notices and documents in one place.
  • Receive email notifications of matched opportunities, amendments and awards.
  • Submit your bids online through our electronic bid submission process.
  • Ask your questions directly to the procurement specialist or buyer responsible for the solicitation through our Q & A feature.
  • Track bid progress and history.
