Applications will only be accepted from interested companies that meet the following criteria:

1. Company is registered and in Good Standing in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador
2. Company is registered and in good standing with the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission
3. No outstanding monies owed to the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador

Successful applicants will be required to:

• Deduct Employment Insurance premiums on behalf of harvesters
• Register with Workplace NL and submit returns

Buyers License fee of $1,000 can be paid here.
