District 21 is approximately 1.9 million hectares of boreal forest situated on the south coast of Labrador. The area is bounded to the north by Hawke River, to the west by the Paradise and St. Pauls Rivers and the Quebec-Newfoundland and Labrador border, to the east and south by the Labrador coast.
