Zone eight is comprised primarily of Forest Management Districts 17 and 18. These districts encompass the majority of the Great Northern Peninsula, commencing at the northern boundary of Gros Morne National Park on the west side of the peninsula and at Great Cat Arm on the eastern side of the peninsula.
