Policy, Planning and Analytics Division

  • provides leadership and expertise in human resource and compensation policy, planning and research to ensure that government departments and central agencies can effectively manage their human resources.
  • develops and updates all government human resource and compensation policies and supports its clients in the interpretation and application of these policies.
  • conducts organizational research and data analysis including the development, monitoring, and tracking of human resource metrics to inform decision making.
  • coordinates business planning, annual reporting and information requests for TBS.
