Variation of Deadline Notices under the Temporary Variation of Statutory Deadlines Act

Under the Temporary Variation of Statutory Deadlines Act which was passed by the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly on March 26, 2020, a Minster has the authority to vary deadlines prescribed in an Act or regulations. If the Minister does vary a deadline, then the Minister is required to provide notice of that variation on a government website and in the Gazette.

Variations will be posted as they are authorized. The following variation of deadlines have been granted by the Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Justice and Public Safety.
