ICS uses principals that are proven to improve efficiency and effectiveness in emergency response.

ICS 200 builds upon lessons learned in ICS 100 and provides introduction to leadership and management, delegation of authority and management by objectives, functional areas and positions, briefings, organizational flexibility, and transfer of command.
