Summary
This Open File data release presents geochemical results from 136 archived till samples collected between 2000 and 2011. This re-analysis was undertaken to determine the suitability of using a fine-sieve fraction and less rigorous digestion (aqua regia) to target mercury and other elements in tills, overlying and dispersed from several selected epithermal mineral occurrences on the Avalon and Burin peninsulas (NTS map areas 1L/13, 1M/03, 06, 07, 09, 11, 16, 1N/07, 10, 11, 2D/01 and 08), eastern Newfoundland.
