The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is undertaking the disposal of the mineral rights for the Former Consolidated Rambler Mine Tailings property via a public request for proposals. The Former Consolidated Rambler Mine Tailings is located on the Baie Verte Peninsula, on the island of Newfoundland, roughly 20 km east of the town of Baie Verte. The property is currently designated an “exempt mineral land”, meaning that the mineral rights are reserved for the Crown.
