Any person, firm or corporation storing or distributing L.P. gas or operating a gas dispensing unit for filling portable cylinders must be the holder of a Gas Plant Licence for each place of business.

- Once the Gas Plant Licence has been issued, there is an annual fee.
- A Gas Plant Licence is required for each place of business.
