Government Leases - Transportation and Infrastructure

The Planning and Accommodations Division in the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure oversees the leasing of space for all government departments and various agencies. This inventory of government-leased facilities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador provides information about the lease location, cost and duration. This information is current as of April 1, 2015.

Please note that this inventory is a broad summary of lease details. In some instances, the annual rent may include charges in addition to the cost per square foot. Some leases also have a renewal option. When leases with a renewal option end, the department may or may not choose to exercise the option to renew the lease.

This information is provided as a public service by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure . Although the Department makes every effort to ensure that all information is accurate and complete, users should verify the information before acting on it.
