Tuna Fish Casserole

Eggs, beaten
Finely chopped onion, celery, or green pepper

 Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt margarine in casserole dish, add whole grain crumbs, mix well.
  3. Add milk, drained tuna fish, chopped onion, celery or green pepper (optional) and seasonings.
  4. Add beaten eggs.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
  6. Serve with broccoli and a glass of milk.
