The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, announced today that Mr. Bruce Keating has been appointed as the new President and CEO of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation (NLC). The appointment is effective Monday, March 23.
