Project Description:

The proponent intends to relocate their hot-dip galvanized manufacturing facility for machine bolts from their existing location in St. John’s on Water Street to a new 4,000 square foot metal building proposed to be located on Kyle Avenue in Donovan’s Industrial Park, Mount Pearl. It is anticipated that construction will take three months and start immediately after permits are obtained.

• March 4, 2002 – The undertaking was registered.
• April 9, 2002 – Public comments are due.
• April 18, 2002 – The Minister announced that the project was released from environmental assessment.
