The proponent proposes to construct a 1.5 kmClass C Forest Access Road in the general location of Snook’s Brook nearHarcourt. The road will be an extension to an existing road and will givethe commercial harvester access to mature black spruce- balsum fir forest(approximately 5,526 cubic metres).
