Project Description:

The proponent proposes the allocation of 14 cottage lots at Boom Siding. Boom Siding is located approximately 3 km west of the Town of Pasadena, at the south end of Deer Lake. The general area is a former railway siding and has extensive pre-existing development in the area. No new road construction or upgrading is required.. The area to be developed consists of 14, 0.4 hectare lots totaling approximately 5.7 hectares.

• June 20, 2003 – The undertaking was registered.
• July 25, 2003 – Public comments were due.
• August 12, 2003 – The Minister released the undertaking from further environmental assessment.
