Project Description:
The proponent plans to construct an 800 metre access road to an existing recreational cottage at Moose Head Lake, Labrador. The proposed cottage access road is located approximately 15 kilometres east of Labrador City. Construction of the project will take approximately 2 to 3 days, using a D6 bulldozer or equivalent piece of machinery.
- October 7, 2003 – The undertaking was registered.
- November 11, 2003 – Public comments were due.
- November 19, 2003 – The Minister announced that the undertaking has been released from further environmental assessment.
