Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop a luxury resort in the St. Paul’s area of the Great Northern Peninsula. This will include a 52 room hotel, 150 site recreation vehicle (RV) trailer park, marina and beach front picnic area, day use park and hiking trails. Construction activity will also include roads, utilities, and sewage system.

• March 12, 2004 – The undertaking was registered.
• April 20, 2004 – Public comments are due.
• April 26, 2004 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• June 16, 2004 – The Minister announced that the undertaking has been conditionally released from further environmental assessment.
