Project Description:

The proponent plans to construct a recreational boat marina for use by local and visiting mariners. This will involve the construction of a breakwater and the dredging of the saltwater pond at Arnold’s Cove. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in August, 2004.

• May 26, 2004 – The undertaking was registered.
• July 6, 2004 – Public comments are due.
• July 16, 2004 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
