Project Description:
The proponent proposes to construct a 1.06 kilometre All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) trail to access a remote cabin in the Lumsden area. The trail would be accessed from Cranberry Farm Road and proceed southwest of Deadman’s Bay. The trail would be 6 to 8 feet wide and be constructed by chainsaw and hand tools.
- October 12, 2005 – The undertaking was registered.
- November 17, 2005 – Public comments are due.
- November 26, 2005 – The Minister’s decision is due.
- December 9, 2005 – The Minister announced the project has been released from further environmental assessment review.
