Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop an 800 metre road to access a cottage on North Pond located on the Old Bonavista Highway . The road will have a 4.5 metre gravel driving surface. It is anticipated that construction will begin in September 2006 and take 6 to 8 weeks to complete.

• February 9, 2006 – The undertaking was registered.
• March 17, 2006 – Public comments are due.
• April 4, 2006 – The Minister released the project from further environmental assessment.
