Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop an RV Resort consisting of 400 fully serviced lots on Salmonier Line, 21 kilometres south of the Trans Canada Highway , opposite The Wilds Golf Course. The resort is on private land covering an area of 52 hectares. The development will include: 60 foot by 60 foot RV lots available for purchase, an access road, fire exit roads, water and sewage, electrical hook-ups, laundry building and showers/restroom buildings. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in late 2006.

• October 27, 2006 – The undertaking was registered.
• December 4, 2006 – Public comments are due.
• December 9, 2006 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• December 14, 2006 – The Minister announced the project has been released from further environmental assessment review subject to conditions
