Project Description:

The development includes an approximately 11 hectare, 20-30 lot subdivision. Access to the site is proposed off Route 230 directly adjacent to the local United Church . Construction will include site excavation, the homes and water and sewer hook-up. The development is to occur over a two year period.

• December 21, 2007 – The undertaking was registered.
• January 25, 2008 – Public comments are due.
• February 4, 2008 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• March 20, 2008 – The Minister releases the project from further environmental assessment.
