Project Description:

The proposal is for an 18 hectare, 18-hole golf course on the southeast coast of Baie Verte . Construction will include the clearing of the land, preparation of holes, preparation of the driving range, and a club house and maintenance building (6 metres by 12 metres). Construction is proposed to begin in the spring of 2008 and operation in the summer of 2009.

• March 11, 2008 – The undertaking was registered.
• April 15, 2008 – Public comments are due.
• April 25, 2008 – The Minister’s decision is due.
