Project Description:

The business will supply, install, inspect and maintain various types of coatings, insulation and internal linings and other specialized products and services used in the commercial and industrial environments. The business location will be on Refinery Road , at its intersection with the Trans Canada Highway . The site will include the construction of an 18 metre by 36 metre prefab metal structure and clearing of a lay down area for business-related materials. Construction is to commence in the summer of 2008.

• March 18, 2008 – The undertaking was registered.
• April 24, 2008 – Public comments are due.
• May 2, 2008 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• May 30, 2008 – The Minister releases the project from further environmental assessment.
