Project Description:

The proposal is to construct a 2.8 kilometre access road from Route 362, near Belleoram to Salmonier Pond. The road will be approximately 5 metres wide and allow access to a salmon nursery in Salmonier Pond. The proposal includes the development of a truck turning and equipment storage area near the pond. The project is scheduled to commence in August, 2009 if approved.

• July 31, 2009 – Public comments are due.
• August 7, 2009 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• July 8, 2009 – The undertaking is withdrawn.
