Project Description:

The proposal is to develop an 18 hole golf course and associated amenities in Victoria, Conception Bay. The approximately 105 hectare site is located adjacent to Route 74, bounded to the south by Church Road and to the north by Route 74. The development will eventually expand to include either rental accommodations or an additional 9 holes. The entire undertaking is proposed to be developed over a 3 year period.

• July 9, 2009 – The undertaking was registered.
• August 19, 2009 – Public comments are due.
• August 22, 200> – The Minister’s decision is due.
• September 2, 2009 – The Minister released the undertaking.
