Project Description:

The proponent plans to remove rock and gravel from an existing quarry site located approximately 200 metres from Peter’s River, in the Botwood area along Route 350 in central Newfoundland for the purpose of producing crushed gravel.

• July 27, 2009 – The undertaking was registered.
• September 2, 2009 – Public comments are due.
• September 10, 2009 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 13, 2009 – The project was released.
