Project Description:

The proposal is to upgrade an existing building located at 125 Water Street in Harbour Grace for secondary seafood processing. The operation is to produce smoked and dried seafood products. Waste will be managed by an existing waste disposal system and there will be no fish offal as primary processing will occur offsite. The project is scheduled to commence upon approval.

• September 25, 2009 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 30, 2009 – Public comments are due.
• November 9, 2009 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• December 14, 2009 – The project was released.
