Project Description:

The proponent plans to renovate as existing building located at 158 Glencoe Drive in Donovan’s Industrial Park, Mount Pearl to provide industrial painting and coating, insulation and fireproofing services. Two warehouse bays will be renovated and suited for grit (sand) blasting operations in one bay and painting operations in the second bay. Renovations to the building are expected to take approximately six weeks to complete.

• May 20, 2010 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 24, 2010 – Public comments are due.
• July 4, 2010 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• July 14, 2010 – The project is released.
