Project Description:

The proponent proposes to build an extension to the cottage access road on GamboPond, Bonavista Bay. The cottage access road extension will be 560 metres long and will be located on the northwestern side of Gambo Pond. The extension will connect to the already constructed road on Gambo Pond and will start approximately 4.5 kilometres southwest of the outflow of Mint Brook. The extension to the road is requested to provide easier access to an existing cottage. Construction is proposed to begin in the spring of 2011.

• November 17, 2010 – Public comments are due.
• November 26, 2010 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• January 7, 2011 – The undertaking was released.
