Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct and develop a 50 site ATV friendly RV park located ona parcel of private property adjacent to Robinsons River, near the community of Robinsons.The park is accessed from Route 404 and the Newfoundland T’Railway. There will be anexpansion of an existing multi-purpose building to include showers, washroom and laundryfacilities and a kitchen. In addition to the 50 RV sites there will be an outdoor patioconstructed, along with a playground area, and a dumping station. The existing twokilometre access road will be repaired and up-graded with Class A material. Construction isscheduled for the summer of 2011.

• June 16, 2011 – Public comments are due.
• June 23, 2011 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• July 19, 2011 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
