Project Description:

The proponent has submitted a proposal for the installation of a concrete batch plant inOctagon Industrial Park in the Town of Paradise. Physical features include the batch plantand its components – including a waste water recycler – a waste concrete bin and threebuildings. The site is currently cleared and no road construction would be required.Installation and operations would begin immediately following approval.

• September 8, 2011 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 14, 2011 – Public comments are due.
• October 23, 2011 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 2, 2011 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
