Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct a 7 square metre (75 square feet) paint booth inside its existing facility at Donovans Industrial Park, Mount Pearl.  The modular booth will be equipped with an engineered Exhaust Chamber to filter the air as it is vented to the exterior of the building.  It is anticipated that the booth will be used periodically throughout the year for approximately 5 per cent of the time. Construction is scheduled to begin and completed in early August 2016.

• June 3, 2016 – The undertaking was registered.
• July 8, 2016 – Deadline for public comments.
• July 18, 2016 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• July 26, 2016 – The Minister’s Decision is due (extended).
• July 29, 2016 – The Minister announced that the project is released from further assessment.
