Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to construct and operate a cidery and apple orchard within the Local Service District of Milton. The site will be serviced by existing roads and power lines. The orchard will be approximately five hectares and progressively developed with the cidery constructed first, immediately following approval.

• August 3, 2017 – The undertaking was registered.
• September 8, 2017 – Deadline for public comments.
• September 17, 2017 – The Minister’s Decision is due.
• October 3, 2017 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
