Project Description:

The proponent proposes to establish a microbrewery in the Town of Bay Roberts, along the Conception Bay Highway, on the Baccalieu Trail. The proposal is to redevelop the main level of an existing building at 1 Conception Bay Highway. The microbrewery will be a 5-barrel capacity, along with a tasting area (taproom), and retail space. The microbrewery will produce approximately 1,300 barrels (1,525 hectolitres) of beer per year.

• September 12, 2017 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 24, 2017 – Deadline for public comments.
• October 27, 2017 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 22, 2017 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
