Project Description:

The proponent proposes to demolish an existing amourstone fishway diversion wall and construct a new reinforced concrete/amourstone diversion wall in the Rocky River near Colinet. The diversion wall will ensure proper water flow into the existing fishway, allowing fish to safely migrate through this channel. Concrete for the new diversion wall will be poured on-site. Local roads will be used to transfer equipment to the project area.

• August 12, 2019 – The undertaking was registered.
• September 17, 2019 – Deadline for public comments.
• September 26, 2019 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• October 10, 2019 – The undertaking was released.
