Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to rebuild a 58-kilometre section of the 124L power transmission line from Gambo to Port Blandford. This proposed work will include the construction of a new corridor adjacent to the existing easement and a new power transmission line. The Project will be built in two phases, with Phase 1 being completed in 2021 and Phase 2 in 2022.

• November 2, 2020 – The undertaking was registered.
• December 10, 2020 – Deadline for public comments.
• December 17, 2020 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• December 21, 2020 – The Minister announced the project is released.
