Project Description:

The proponent proposes to develop a 20 lot residential subdivision within the Town of Whitbourne. The development would cover 11.09 hectares of Crown land and lots would range between 0.75 to 1.0 acre in size. This subdivision is proposed to connect with the proponent’s previous phases of residential development in Whitbourne.

• February 2, 2021 – The undertaking was registered.
• March 10, 2021 – Deadline for public comments.
• March 19, 2021 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• April 16, 2021 – Project withdrawn.
