Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to install a 3-metre-in-diameter pedestrian underpass on Route 430, approximately 15 meters from the Humber River. The purpose of the proposed undertaking is to enable pedestrians to cross Route 430 safely. Construction is estimated to take between two to four weeks to complete.

• July 14, 2021 – The undertaking was registered.
• August 20, 2021 – Deadline for public comments.
• August 28, 2021 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• September 1, 2021 – The Minister announced that the project was released.
