Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to construct a 30-metre bridge on North Brook located near the north shore of Deer Lake, approximately seven kilometres west of Route 430 (Viking Trail) in the Humber Valley area. The bridge installation is proposed to access Agriculture Area of Interest 46.

• September 16, 2021 – The undertaking was registered.
• October 21, 2021 – Deadline for public comments.
• October 31, 2021 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• November 5, 2021 – The Minister’s decision is due (extended).
• November 4, 2021 – The Minister announced that the project is released.
