Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to develop a municipal by-road for residential property access and fronting in the Town of Hampden. The proposed by-road will be approximately 200 metres in length and constructed using standard construction methods including clearing, grubbing, grading and the placement of rock/granular sub-base with granular Class A topping. In the future asphalt topping may be placed depending on feasibility.

• May 5, 2022 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 10, 2022 – Deadline for public comments.
• June 19, 2022 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• June 17, 2022 – The Minister determined that the project is released.
