Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct a residential dwelling at 26 Elms Place in the Town of Hampden, off Route 421. The dwelling will be located on a 0.186-hectare lot approximately 150 metres from the Hampden River. Development will consist of land clearing and levelling, construction of a one-story residential house (approximately 12 metres by 15 metres), water and sewer systems, and landscaping of property.
