Project Description:

The proponent is proposing to construct a tourism-residential subdivision development on a 2.2 hectare site located north of Dogwood Drive in the Town of Steady Brook. The development would consist of condominium buildings and row houses along with storage facilities. Construction would occur in phases with the first phase consisting of two blocks of three-unit row houses, an access road and utilities. Construction of this phase is expected to take 6-9 months.

• August 12, 2022 – The undertaking was registered.
• September 16, 2022 – Deadline for public comments.
• September 26, 2022 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• October 11, 2022 – The Minister’s decision is due (extended).
• October 14, 2022 – The Minister determined the project is released.
