Project Description:

The proponent proposes to construct a new marginal wharf, concrete launchway, floating docks and rubble-mounded breakwater to replace the existing finger pier wharf at the Small Craft Harbour in Lark Harbour. The improved infrastructure would meet the needs of local users and the breakwater would provide protection from strong wave action. The project would have a total footprint of approximately 14.4 hectares.

• May 10, 2023 – The undertaking was registered.
• June 16, 2023 – Deadline for public comments.
• June 24, 2023 – The Minister’s decision is due.
• June 22, 2023 – The Minister determined the project is released.
